Hooker Cowra in 1994.

2001 saw David relocate to Young and purchase the L.J. Hooker franchise.  David was instrumental in changing the face of real estate in Young and successfully built a formidable business through a professional and dedicated  approach  focusing on exclusive and auction agency sales.

In 2008 David became a director and partner in Ray White, Young where he continues today as the Selling Principal, specialising in lifestyle, commercial and business sales holding a dominant market share throughout the Young district.

Senior Sales Consultant Dick Cummins, who is born and bred in Young, is the district’s leading salesperson. “Dick works harder and communicates better and his clients respect his straight-down-the-line approach”, says David. Dick recently re-qualified for the prestigious “Premiers Club” within the Ray White Group for consistently high levels of sales success.
