David Coombes

David, a fully licensed agent, accredited auctioneer & dedicated professional, attributes his success to significant repeat and referral business, something all agents aspire to achieve.  David is well known and respected, not only in Young, but also throughout the central west and his home town of Blayney also Cowra, where he commenced his real estate career with L.J. Hooker Cowra in 1994.

2001 saw David relocate to Young and purchase the L.J. Hooker franchise.  David was instrumental in changing the face of real estate in Young and successfully built a formidable business through a professional and dedicated  approach  focusing on exclusive and auction agency sales.

In 2008 David became a director and partner in Ray White, Young where he continues today as the Selling Principal, specialising in lifestyle, commercial and business sales holding a dominant market share throughout the Young district.
