The property is located by road 109km north-east of the city of Geraldton and 21km west of the town of Mullewa, and has frontage to Byron Nth Road on the west, Williamson Road on the North and Tenindewa Road North on the east. All adjoining roads are gravel.

The property is high in the landscape with a southerly aspect, and is primarily all gently undulating land and being mainly red gravel sandplain country ranging to yellow sandplain over gravel. Property is highly arable with good long runs and approximately 1830 hectares croppable. A good stand alone or add on property.
