211 Cowans Road, Bloomsbury QLD 4799

Situated in the well-known Lethebrook cane-growing district, this 157.33 hectare (388.77 acre) property offers buyers the opportunity to purchase an established irrigated cane farm with good water infrastructure, farming equipment and the 2027 cane crop included in the sale.

Held across two freehold titles, the farm has been developed for sugar cane production, with an extensive underground irrigation system servicing the farming areas. The irrigation infrastructure includes 6-inch and 8-inch underground mains, hydrants, pumping equipment and two large, excavated dams providing on-farm water storage.

The property has a history of cane production, with Wilmar production records available for interested purchasers.
An added benefit for the incoming owner is the inclusion of the 2027 cane crop, which has already been fertilised and sprayed. A range of tractors, irrigation equipment and farming implements is also included in the sale, subject to contract.

For neighbouring growers wanting to increase their farming area, or buyers looking to establish themselves in the district, this is a good opportunity to purchase an operating cane farm with much of the necessary infrastructure already in place.
