This is a clear improvement compared to 2024, when the same number of bulls sold averaged $10,209.
The top-priced bull on day two of the 2025 sale was knocked down for $70,000, with the McCarthy family of Stockman red Brahmans, Junction View, claiming the honours.
Stockman Venturo 767 sold to Brooke Jefferis of Elrose B Brahmans, Theodore.
The underbidder was Amanzi Property Group, the Northern Territory-based sister company to Rallen Australia.
Offered by Christopher McCarthy and family, the 23-month-old sire prospect was a homozygous polled IVF bull by the $120,000 Kariboe Valley Ventura 1161/0 that sold at Big Country in 2022 to Yoman Brahmans.
Tipping the scales at 824 kilograms, he measured 38 centimetres in scrotal circumference, and scanned 11mm and 7mm, respectively, for P8 and rib fats, 140 square centimetres for eye muscle area, and 5.2 for intramuscular fat percentage.

Buyer Brooke Jefferis said the bull stood out for his style and structure.
"I admired his rich, red coat. He stands on good bone, length, with good sire appeal," Ms Jefferis said.
"We'll collect some semen out of him, and then he'll just come back home to Theodore.
"I've got some good young red females coming along, and they'll go with him."
Ms Jefferis, who is the only red Brahman breeder in her family, said her breeding direction was a deliberate move.
"I've just sort of kept going with something different to Mum and Dad," she said.
She currently runs 60 stud cows under the Elrose B prefix.
For the McCarthy family, it was the dearest bull they had ever sold and capped off a full clearance of their eight bulls for an average of $24,000.
"He's probably one of the best bulls we've ever produced," he said.
"It's out of a dam (Stockman Red Opal 477) that we've had a lot of success with.
"She also produced the lot 533, Stockman Cursador, which sold for $40,000 to the Streeter family, Fairy Springs, Taroom."
Mr McCarthy said he was pleased to see Stockman Venturo 767 heading to stud duties.
"We're happy with Brooke buying him; he's going into stud duties, and that's what we want to see. We're excited to see what they produce," he said.
"People have got confidence in the beef industry, so it's good that people are willing to spend and improve their herds on good quality genetics."
Two grey bulls sold for an equal second top price of $60,000 on day two.
Royce Sommerfeld, Brahrock Brahmans, Maryborough, sold Brahrock Goldberg 7370, for $60,000 to Tom Nobbs, Yoman Brahmans, Moura.

The 27-month-old IVF polled scurred sire-prospect was the first bull offered by BRC Mr V8 160/8, and out of Brahrock Ms Locke Power 5786.
His full IVF sister sold for $45,000 at the Gympie Female Sale in 2024.
He weighed 856kg, measured 39cm in the scrotum, and had scans of 15mm and 12mm, respectively, for P8 and rib fat. His EMA was 138sq cm, and his IMF was 5.8pc.
Wellington Cattle Co, Emerald, purchased Kenrol Jaffa from Ken and Wendy Cole, Kenrol, Gracemere, for $60,000.
Offered by Wendy Cole, Kenrol Brahmans stud, Gracemere, the 21-month-old sire-prospect was sired by Jaffra Solution 4836 and out of Pioneer Park D Lady Shirley.
He weighed in at 800kg and measured 37cm in the scrotum.
