The event will head to move to Glanmire for day five, with Dan and Annika Collins, Glanmire Murray Greys on display, near Bathurst.

Meanwhile, the final day will involve properties located from the Southern Highlands to the Monaro.

Dalwhinnie Angus- Byng

Dalwhinnie stud principal Dean Fredrickson (pictured above) said the past week's weather has been fresh in the area; however, the sale bulls are still doing well.

The stud strives to breed cattle that will perform in any environment.

Their goal was achieved by selecting genetics that combine structure and phenotype with performance. The use of performance data collection and comparison is an important tool supported by Genomic testing of the programs animals.

All yearlings are independently structurally assessed, and this information is critical to selecting replacement females and sale bulls.

Annika and Dan Collins, Glanmire Murray Greys, Glanmire, are welcoming visitors onto their operation for the second year for Beef Week.

The family-run business focuses on breeding cattle with excellent temperament, structure, and quality.

Over the past few years, the program has used Woodbourn 4W S73 within their herd and has also joined females to Lindsay Quadrant LSY Q106 and Ganado Tatyo through artificial insemination.

The family are excited to use a new sire Monterey Ultimate GJB U37 and see his progeny come through the stud.

A recent progression in the family-run business has been selling their own meat, with the meat throughout the open day giving visitors a paddock-to-plate experience, with meat packs available.
