Business And Employment Opportunities Plus Alluring Lifestyle Drives Demand
The Riverina region in NSW was the best-performing regional property market over the year to July 2022, according to Corelogic’s just-released Regional Market Update.
The region registered annual value growth of 27.8 per cent, ahead of Wide Bay in Queensland and New England and North West in NSW, up 26.8 per cent and 26.4 per cent respectively. The lowest yearly growth rate was recorded across Ballarat in Victoria (7.4 per cent), followed by Bunbury in Western Australia (9.5 per cent).

While annual dwelling sales in the Riverina - encompassing the key cities of Wagga Wagga, Leeton, Griffith and Albury in south-western NSW - were 4.2 per cent lower than a year ago, they were still 11.3 per cent above the five-year average.
