Country is predominantly typical Lightning Ridge lake bed farming cropping country.

2,182 hectares of cultivation cropping country.
Part "Wandella" and Part "Allawah" have not been farmed over recent years. Part "Rexeen" was farmed in 2024.

WATER:
Part Rexeen has access to 3 x tanks and bore.
Part Wandella and Allawah includes river water only.

FENCING:
No fencing on the blocks - no stock.

IMRPOVEMENTS:
No buildings.

The Lightning Ridge Area Opal Reserve has for license OR share farm 3 farming areas just to the north west of Lightning Ridge. Tenders are to submit their EOI to MRE by the closing date of 31st January 2025.
