Large shedding, cattle handling facilities, holding paddocks and feeding pens are already in place, offering immediate operational capability and excellent adaptability for a variety of rural uses.

Water security is another key strength, with the property serviced by three bores and a substantial 17,040kL water licence approved for "Taking Intensive Animal Keeping".

Whether you are expanding an existing operation, seeking a strategic logistics or storage site, or looking for a versatile rural asset with established infrastructure, this property presents a rare opportunity in a tightly held South East location.
