Bairnsdale Store Sale

The fortnightly Bairnsdale Store Cattle Sale will be held at the East Gippsland Livestock Exchange on Friday 8th May 2026, commencing at 9:00am. The sale is conducted jointly by Nutrien Ag Solutions (East Gippsland Livestock), Bill Wyndham & Co, and Elders Bairnsdale, with approximately 255 head catalogued across the three agencies — though total yarding on the day is expected to be larger as additional vendors may enter.

Stock offered spans a strong range of Angus, Black Baldy, and Angus x Limousin weaners and yearlings aged 10 to 20 months. Highlighted vendor lines include Kerri-Lee Whelan-Nicholson (100 head of full Kunuma blood Angus steers and heifers, 10mth, Never Ever Accredited, 2x 5in1 and full drench program including Pilliguard), Coolamert-Buchan (50 Angus & Black Baldy steers 10–12mth, Never Ever Accredited), Futura Farms-Nungurner (30 head of Kunuma bloodline Angus, 10mth), and Crombie Family Trust-Metung (20 Leawood bloodline Angus & Black Baldy mixed sex weaners). Other vendors include R O'Hara (15 Kunuma blood Angus steers 18–20mth), RJ & PA Carey-Swifts Creek (25 Angus x Limo mixed sex 15mth), and Donneyville-Bruthen (15 Angus mixed sex).
