About Tom Hanrahan
Tom was born in Albury, raised in Albury-Wodonga and apart from three years of secondary education at Trinity College Goulburn, Tom has been part of the Albury-Wodonga community for the whole of his life.
On completion of his secondary education Tom undertook a traineeship in commercial plumbing and followed this career diligently until 2011 when he changed direction in employment and joined the family real estate company of Brian Unthank Real Estate commencing as a trainee salesperson and quickly proceeding to a senior salesperson auctioneer specialising in sales of rural property and rural lifestyle property throughout the Albury Wodonga influence areas in general and the Victorian districts in particular.
Over the years of traineeship and sales experience, Tom has constantly strived to obtain specific levels of accomplishment and in 2012 won the regional REINSW Novice Auctioneers competition. Tom has recently completed his studies allowing him to obtain his full Property and Real Estate Licence in both New South Wales and Victoria. In addition Tom has also completed his Stock and Station Licence as is necessary in the sales of rural property.
Tom Hanrahan is able to offer outstanding service in all matters of real estate with particular emphasis on the marketing of rural and semi-rural property. Tom has an enthusiastic and professional attitude with a strong understanding of the proper processes that are so necessary in allowing the marketing of property to be as stress free as possible.
Tom involves himself in team sports in the Albury-Wodonga area and is rated as a better than average cricketer and in all cases an outstanding team member and a keen club supporter giving considerable time and effort to the assistance of others.
