About Paul Durden
A little about me
Paul obtained his Agents Representative license in 2003 and has since gone on to be a fully accredited real estate agent and skilled Auctioneer. He still believes real estate is the same now as it was then: helping people achieve their dreams, both with rural and residential sales.
From the farmer to the person in the street, everyone has their own story and their own knowledge of real estate, Paul enjoys sitting down with them, whether they’re vendors or purchasers and guiding them through what can be a stressful process. Paul’s reputation for his honesty and giving his clients the information, they need to fully understand the whole process of selling and buying is a large part of his success in real estate.
Paul’s rural knowledge is exceptional, partially his knowledge of dairy farming which was his previous life prior to entering real estate with his own dairy farm at Invergordon. Paul’s love of animals is also a large quality and apparent with large menagerie of animals on their 15ha lifestyle farm in Kialla with assortment of cows, ponies, sheep, chooks dogs and no forgetting the cat.
Apart from family particularity is grand daughter Chelsea, friends, and farming, his other main passion is charity work for the Devenish Dookie and District good Friday appeal, raising money for the royal children’s hospital and now is the President of the committee.
Paul enjoys being front and centre from cooking a sausage at a Bunnings BBQ, selling a yabby at the Dookie yabby races, selling raffle tickets on the streets of Yarrawonga to auctioning goods and services at a fundraiser as its all for the kids and a great cause.
