84 McNair Lane, Lockington VIC 3563

This beautifully renovated 4BR home on 20 acres of irrigated farm land close to Lockington township is the perfect lifestyle property for those looking to get onto land. With the farm currently growing lucerne, the property is very well set up for income production from day one. The farm is very well laid out with 4 bays lasered and easy to irrigate. The farm has a connection to the GMW system and has 0.46 delivery shares allowing water to be purchased and used on the land. Plenty of shedding provided with a total of 3 sheds. The largest being a machinery shed of 12m by 7m, a 6m by 6m shed used as garage with adjoining workshop of 6m by 4m which is concreted with power and full lock up, and a third shed being a 7m by 6m allows plenty of storage options.
The home has been very well done and presents beautifully. The open plan living area features an exposed brick fire place and chunky exposed timber beam giving a country rustic feel to the area. The wood fire will only add to the cosy feel during the winter months and the split system will ensure comfort during the summer. Plank flooring throughout this zone is easy care and looks great. The Gally style kitchen is very well appointed with stylish cabinetry and timber bench top and features a walk in pantry. Bedrooms are all of good size with 2 containing large walk in robes, 1 with a built in desk and 1 with BIR. Bathroom is spacious with shower, bath, vanity, and tiled floor. Laundry is a large room with tiled flooring.
Outdoor area is a nice undercover area with concrete flooring and CF. Beside this area is an office as well as a second outdoor toilet.
Overall buyers will be very impressed with the quality of the home. Spacious areas and suitable for a large family. Everything has been done to a high standard and the home is furnished with quality throughout. The farm is equally as well equipped and will be an absolute pleasure to manage.
