The Eulabah Aggregation consists of approx. 2500 acres over three outstanding properties, "Eulabah", "Balnagowan" & "Glen View".

Location: The aggregation is located approx. 45km south of Walcha and 80 km east of Tamworth. The elevation is approx. 1200 metres above sea level, which makes for excellent annual rainfall of approx. 1000ml.

Homestead: Very comfortable weatherboard home with 4 bedrooms, open plan kitchen living with slow combustion wood heater, Family bathroom with second toilet. Outside there is a lovely outdoor entraining area and established gardens.
