Location: Property is located approx. 70kms north west of St George via Powrunna Rd and approx. 149kms South of Mitchell via Mitchell St George Road and then Unity Road.

Country: Property consists of predominantly red loamy box, sandalwood and wilga timbers with some areas consisting of sandy spinifex and scattered ironbark and pine with the balance of country type along its western boundary exhibiting brigalow belah self mulching soils with some slight melonhole influence evidenced. There has been approx 1,400 ha pulled within the last two years.
Grasses: Very good stands of buffel throughout the entire property.
Water: Primarily based on a shared bore on the Gubberamunda Aquifer. The bore is approx.1,065m deep with standing water only 9m under surface. There is one electric pumps (on mains) pumping into a 50,000 litre Rhino tank at approx. 50,000 litres p/hr. From the Rhino tank it is pumped by another electric pump (on mains) and reticulated to 17 tanks via 75mm and 63mm pipe and then onto a further 20 troughs via 50mm pipe.
There are a further 5 surface water dams.
Fencing: Boundary fencing consists of 1800mm exclusion plus one barb.
Internals very from900mm ringlock and 2 barb with steel posts and steel end assemblies to some 5P2B with steel posts and some 7b and steel posts. All fencing is in very good to excellent condition.
Paddocks: Property is fenced into five paddocks with an additional five holding paddocks and two cooler paddocks around dams.
Carrying Capacity: Approx 1500 Adult Equivalents albeit currently running breeders plus progeny and sheep plus lambs
