These practices underpin the long-term wheat and lupin yield of 1.7t/ha and 1.15t/ha respectively.

Infrastructure is well maintained and commensurate to the property. A fully enclosed 22m x 16m general purpose shed and 11m x 16m workshop are complemented by three strategically located rolling roof fertiliser sheds and approximately 190t grain storage over 5 silos.
