A Little Bit of Country!
Have you ever wanted to raise some sheep? Maybe bottle feed some calves? Collect some fresh farm eggs every morning? If so, you've just discovered a perfect little piece of Tassie for you to start living your best life.
Nestled at the bottom of the beautiful Rolling hills of Springfield in North East Tasmania this three bedroom cottage is a must see. Built circa 1900, this much loved home is a part of Scottsdale's history.
The roof pitch gives a typical look of a miners cottage and sits nearer to the road where in times past horse and cart would have trotted by.
Luckily this can be seen still today, as some of the neighbouring farmers use horse and buggy to go into the township of Scottsdale. Talk about stepping back in time!
Once inside you will find an open plan living space that has been decorated with natural modern colour schemes. The three bedrooms are generous in size with original sash windows. A lot has been done to this cottage however, it has kept its original charm.
There is a great entertainment area with a deck perfect for a spa, a fire pot and barbecue area. The large shed/garage has loads of space which includes a bar area and wood heater - 'man cave' here we come!
There are plenty of out buildings for your animals also all sitting on approx. 3 acres making a perfect little hobby farm. Come take a look and fall in love!
