240 Corrigin-Narembeen Road, Corrigin WA 6375

For Sale
Wanganui - Kurrenkutten
3,025 hectares - 7,475 acres

You can mostly only dream of a farm set out as well as Wanganui. Whether you are wanting a cropping property or a mixed farming opportunity this property has been planned based on making the operation as simple as possible and with the consistent soil types and the contiguous shape of the property this has been easily done.

The sellers have owned Wanganui for the previous 40 years and purchased it after looking for medium rainfall wheatbelt properties they decided that it was without the best available. Being close to the regional centre of Corrigin and just 240kms from the CBD of Perth this also contributed to their decision to purchase.

The property was formerly a stud sheep breeding operation and had been set up for ease of handling and moving stock which is the reason for the large easily accessible laneways leading to all paddocks on the farm and the steel swinging gates at all junctions. The fencing is consistently 7-line ring lock in good order and each paddock has a concrete tank and trough and given the 4 Government water scheme points water availability is never an issue that the owners will have to worry about.

The medium to strong red loams and naturally fertile and don't change much throughout the property make for simple agronomic packages as well as highly productive soils.

The Wanganui Homestead was built to last and having been extremely well maintained it still presents as a large home with space for a large family if required and wonderful outside living options including the patio looking over the underground pool.

The farm building improvements are also well mapped out with lots of space and access within the shed areas accommodating a large machinery shed, very spacious workshop with some concrete floor, a 5 stand shearing shed, 2 x 500 tonne grain sheds, a 3-400 tonne capacity fertiliser storage shed with a concrete apron, a weighbridge and several elevated grain silos.

A 10 year lease back option is available from a qualified tenant.

The property is for sale by way of Offers to Purchase with Offers closing 1pm Thursday 29th October 2026 and to be emailed to adminwa@nh.com.au
