203 Van Hensbroek Road, Bauple QLD 4650

This is certainly something that you will cherish forever! Set in the stunning location of Forest View, just on the fringe of Bauple. It's a place of serenity, peace and quiet and lifestyle living.

Surrounded by National State Forestry, there is no through traffic and a location where the locals take pride in their properties and just simply love the lifestyle.

For those who do not know the location, North of Gympie about 40 minutes Bauple is nestled on the Eastern side of the Bruce Highway. To the North of Bauple about a quick 15-minute drive is the colorful township of Tiaro, famous for its Butcher Shop & Retro Coffee! The Xmas Shoppe, 2 x wonderful hotels, cafes, the Hippy Shop and much more!

Bauple really has good access to many locations including the Fraser Coast and the wonders it has to offer! Now let's get back to this glory girl! Originally built in the 1880s as accommodation in Maryborough for the Catholic churches Nuns. Its incredible floor layout projects its era! With its hardwood cladding to the outside and high-pitched roofs to the interior's 3m high ceilings and tongue and groove walls and hardwood ceilings, it really is a piece of art.

Set on 7797m2 of generally level land and a mass of opportunity to improve the landscape as well as add in your vegetable gardens and fruit trees. Scattered hardwood trees offering shade and a safe haven for the bird life in the area.

As you enter the home you have a large common area, a perfect place to sit and relax. Off to each side are 2 x large bedrooms with one side having access to the newly renovated bathroom. From the common area you walk into a huge lounge room offering plenty of room for all your furniture. Then onto the Kitchen/Dining area with room to renovate and add your culinary tastes to a new renovation.

There's certainly so much this old girl has to offer. Completely renovated from top to bottom in a tasteful manner this is definitely worth a view.
