It grows various grasses and legumes such as Urachola, Buffel, Black spear, White spear, Red natal grass, Seca stylo and Verano stylo. The block is mostly flat with some slightly undulating ridges and gullies. The trees on Billroy Park consist of Iron Bark, Bloodwood, Native gums, black tea tree and other native scrubs.
