SOIL & TOPOGRAPHY: A relatively flat landscape, underpinned by fertile alluvial soils of the Murrumbidgee River floodplain, supported by a history of strong agronomic management and investment.

RELIABLE WATER: An extensively developed irrigation system with efficient distribution of both surface and groundwater via an open earthen reticulated channel network. Complemented by four* kilometres of Murrumbidgee River and eight* kilometres of Yanco Creek frontage, together with a non-seasonal average annual rainfall of 443* millimetres.
