Breeding Quality From Quality

The Ranch is a relatively small stud (estabished in 1998) with a big focus on quaIity with consistency of type.

Located in Central West NSW their cattle are run under commercial conditions with an emphasis on functional sound, easy doing females that have the ability to rear a good sappy calf yearly without compromising their own well being.

These desirable attributes for Greg and Del, are typical of the Hereford Breed.

Their females must milk, if they dont, they are no longer part of their program.

Sires & Al programs are selected to compliment The Ranch females to produce bulls with performance while the females still retain their femmine attributes.

Greg and Del produce approximately 20 bullls each year of which the top 2 or 3 are sold at  The Dubbo National Bull Sale each year. The remainder are sold to commercial clients privately.

The majority of the heifers are retained within the stud if they meet the necessary criteria.

A limited amount of stud heifers are sold privately each year.

2024 Grand Champion Bull

The Ranch Tllly U010 -Junior Champion & Top priced Female Sold to Emigrace Poll Herefords for $10,000.
