Macquarie Wagyu has been shaped by more than three decades on this land, where a small Fullblood Wagyu herd grew into a program built for the long-term. Every season on this country, from calving through to selection, has added another layer of value to a herd built on patience rather than shortcuts.

That long-term thinking traces back to the Suzuki family, who brought a genuine passion for Wagyu to the property and set out to build something that would hold its value for generations. Anthony and Chantal Winter have carried that vision forward, season after season, decision after decision.

Our Wagyu are raised on Queensland's Darling Downs. The program has evolved through practical stockmanship, disciplined selection and a clear focus on consistency, quality and commercial value.
