Daraabah Simmental

ESTABLISHED IN 2011

About the Stud

Daraabah is a premier family-run Simmental stud nestled in the scenic rural landscape near Dubbo, New South Wales. Since our establishment in 2011, we have dedicated ourselves to breeding high-performance, structurally sound cattle that thrive in demanding commercial environments.

Rooted in a deep-seated commercial background, our breeding philosophy prioritizes exceptional maternal traits, ease of calving, and superior carcass quality. We blend traditional stockmanship with modern performance data to supply progressive cattlemen with genetics that deliver real-world profitability.

Breeding Philosophy

At Daraabah Simmental, our breeding blueprint centers on strict linear classification and meticulous phenotype selection. We focus on structural integrity, deep capacity, and natural muscling to produce highly functional, structurally sound cattle that thrive under commercial conditions and represent the highest echelon of Simmental genetics.

-Fertility: Consistently generating strong progeny on annual cycles with zero compromise.

-Adaptability: Engineered to excel and maintain peak condition in rugged Australian climates.

-Performance: Leading structural traits translating directly to superior carcass merit and high daily gains.
