About By-Mingo Droughtmasters

By-Mingo Droughtmasters is owned & operated by Don & Robyn Roberton.

The stud was established in 2003 but we had been successfully breeding commercial Droughtmasters for at least a decade prior to this.

Our cows are run over several properties across the central Burnett on typical breeder country. We breed quality cattle for the commercial cattleman as this is the mainstay of our own business.

We aim for medium frame, highly fertile females which produce a weaner every year, in all seasons.

Bulls are selected for good temperament, carcase attributes and working ability.

The majority of our bulls are sold direct out of the paddock all year round, with the top pick going to the Coolabunia and National Sales in September each year.
