Bindaree Border Leicesters Stud

Bindaree Border Leicesters is a sheep stud run by the Sweeney family in Merrygoen, New South Wales. The stud was established in 1995 to breed Border Leicester rams, primarily to produce first-cross ewes for the commercial sheep industry. The stud is operated in conjunction with the family's other stud, Nundoone. The Sweeneys established the stud after a slump in wool prices led them to diversify their Merino enterprise and incorporate Border Leicester genetics for first-cross ewe production
