“Springvale” is located on the western side of Woodbine Creek with double frontage to the main Capricorn Highway, in the heart of the highly regarded Willows/Withersfield grazing district. Approx 800 hectares or 55% of the total area comprises semi open periodically flooded brigalow, box and gum creek flats and hollows merging to nearby flooded semi open gum, box and coolabah creek flats and swamps, off Woodbine and Bullock Creeks. Approx, 250 Hectares or 17% of the total is gently undulation mixed brigalow, sandalwood, box and bauhinia scrub interspersed with narrow broadleaf ironbark sandstone ridges.

Water

The bore is 36 metres deep, supplying 16,000 litres per hour, from 5” PVC casing and powered by a submersible pump connected to 240 volts mains power. Both Woodbine and Bullock Creeks are a source of numerous seasonal water hole supplies, most providing stock water from holes lasting from 2 to 4 months.
