Monto Selling Complex

KELLCO Rural Agencies own and operate the EU Accredited Monto Selling Complex located 5km south of Monto, just off the Burnett Highway. The Monto Selling Complex is a modern facility with capacity for about 2500 head. Kellco Rural Agencies hold a fortnightly fat & store sale that draws on average 1000 head each sale, with cattle coming from all parts of the Burnett and further afield from the Boyne Valley, Biloela and Central Highlands districts. Kellco Rural Agencies also hold a number of special sales throughout the year including the feature ‘Three Moon Premier Weaner Sale’ that attracts over 2000 top quality weaners every year. The Three Moon Premier Weaner Sale is a highlight in the calendar with over $20,000 of cash and prizes on offer. With continued strong buying support from southern tick free areas. Kellco Rural Agencies also conduct multi and single vendor Bull Sales at both the Monto Selling Complex and on property. In addition to our ownership of the Monto Saleyards, we also have a selling position at the Dalby Regional Saleyards and maintain a strong presence at local livestock selling centres throughout Central Queensland and the Downs.
