Stock Journal Beef Week 2025 concludes in Lower South East for Day 4

The biggest event on SA's beef calendar, Stock Journal Beef Week 2025, headed to the Lower South East for Day 4 and the final day of the event.
In total, 16 studs across the region showcased six breeds - Shorthorn, Angus, Limousin, Speckle Park, Simmental and Murray Greys.
Several of the studs, located from Reedy Creek in the north west to Casterton in Vic in the east, and Glencoe in the south west, opted to open early at 8am to help visitors beat the heat.

Stock Journal Beef Week 2025 Day 4
Sixteen studs opened their gates on the fourth and final day of Stock Journal Beef Week 2025.
The majority will be holding on-property or online bull sales over the next two weeks, with some opting to sell privately.
Hitting the road and visiting all of the studs on the final day were Stock Journal's Catherine Miller, Kiara Stacey and Jacqui Bateman.
