A Waterfall along a Quiet Country Road
Located 2min from the Nubeena township and approaching 20ha this special property's main attraction is of course the three-tiered waterfall. The volume of water varies and at different times the capacity increases dramatically as the scalloped sandstone shows.
Other features include significant views to Parsons Bay and White Beach. There are two waterholes plus an old barn. Previously cattle roamed the main grass fairway and in times of bad weather there is sufficient tree shelter belts to take cover under.
Access is from Cooks Road and power is close at hand. You can hear the background sound of a rambling creek as it builds towards the waterfall. Above the waterfall the terraced area begins, naturally built by old world cliffs rising up to bask in its own beauty.
Where can you find a property featuring: Old world cliffs
Quiet country road
Clear water & beach views
And a WATERFALL?
All on 20Ha!
The property is zoned 'agricultural' and would require 'discretionary approval' from Council to build a dwelling. Owing to the unique blend of property on the peninsula, this can be a regular occurrence. A planning application for a shed on agricultural zoned land STCA is less onerous.
