Tamworth Livestock Agents 3,000 Head Store Cattle Sale

Tamworth Livestock Agents will yard 3,000 store cattle at the Tamworth Regional Livestock Exchange (TRLX) on Friday 31st July, with bidding commencing at 10:00am. The catalogue is split into mixed sex, steers, heifers, and cows/heifers-with-calves categories, drawing entries from a wide network of vendors across the New England and North West region. Standout mixed-sex lines include 60 Angus heifers and 60 Angus and Angus x Charolais steers from Garibaldi, 90 Angus x heifers and steers from Bunya PS, and quality weaner drafts from RJ & EJ Turner, Karlenstan, and EH & SL Noakes.

Heifer offerings are led by 180 Angus and Angus x Hereford yearling heifers from Echo Grazing, Bendemeer, carrying Texas Angus blood and bred grass-fed and AB-free, alongside 120 Hereford heifers from The Breeder and 100 Santa, Charolais, Angus and Brangus-cross heifers from "Earls Ridge," Culcairn. The cows/heifers-and-calves section features strong breeding lines including 40 Angus cows with Charolais calves at foot from Monteray and 30 re-joined Angus cows and calves from Denelle PS. Multiple recognised bloodlines feature throughout the catalogue, including Booroomooka, Weebolla, and 3R genetics.
