Gippsland Regional Livestock Exchange Store Sale – 380 Head Cattle

This Sale Store Sale will be held at the Gippsland Regional Livestock Exchange (GRLE) in Sale, Victoria, commencing at 9:00am on Friday 7th August. The sale is jointly coordinated by Nutrien Ag Solutions (Greenwood Livestock), Elders, Alex Scott and Staff, and Wellington Livestock, offering a strong yarding of approximately 380 head across weaner and grown cattle categories.

Weaner entries dominate the catalogue, with Angus, Poll Hereford, Hereford-cross and Shorthorn lines from a wide range of vendors including J & R Mowat (Stradbroke), R & M McInnes (Dutson), R & C Heywood (Longford), A Bott (Stratford), TI Field (Munro), Hopfields P/L (Dutson), GN Gooch (Sale), B & A Ross (Stockdale), IG & HJ Baker and G Winton. Cattle are drawn from well-known regional bloodlines including Pinora, Innesdale, Mawarra, Sprys and Glentrevor, with most lines described as vaccinated and weaned. The grown cattle section includes Angus, Angus/Speckle Park cross and Hereford mixed-sex lines aged 14–20 months from Z Verspaandonk & M Stewart, BK Lanigan and Cannag, with the Cannag Hereford line noted as drenched and on a multimin/growth feed program.
