The WVLX Livestock Agents Association will host their August Store Sale at the Western Victoria Livestock Exchange in Mortlake on Thursday, 6th August 2026, with selling commencing at 10am. As a leading regional cattle selling centre in Western Victoria, WVLX regularly draws strong yardings across grown and weaner steers, grown and weaner heifers, cows and calves, and joined females, with vendor lines typically featuring quality Angus, Hereford, and crossbred cattle bred for the local market.

The saleyard is fully interfaced with AuctionsPlus, allowing buyers to access the online catalogue with photos and videos ahead of the sale. A 3pm curfew applies the day prior to the sale for all cattle deliveries. WVLX operates as an EU and MSA accredited facility, supporting vendors and buyers targeting premium supply chains.
