Sullivan Livestock & Rural Services presents their Gympie Cattle Sale on Monday 18th May 2026, offering a substantial yarding of 1,350 head in the Liveweight Store Sale commencing at 10:00 AM, with an additional Liveweight Meatworks Sale of approximately 400 cattle kicking off at 8:00 AM. The sale is held at the Gympie Saleyards, Saleyard Road, Araluen, and is conducted by experienced agents Dan Sullivan, Pat Sullivan, Darryl Fitzgerald, and Ethan Carter.
The store yarding features a strong line-up of steers and heifers across multiple age brackets. Steer offerings include 145 Droughtmaster cross steers 18 months to 2 years, 120 D/Master x and Brahman cross steers 16–18 months, 150 D/Master cross steers 6–8 months, and 125 European cross steers 6–8 months. Heifer lines include 155 D/Master x and Brahman cross 16–18 months, 150 D/Master x and Brahman cross 6–8 months, and 120 European cross 6–8 months, complemented by 10 x 10 crossbred cows and calves.
