Nutrien Yea Spring Drop Weaner Sale — 3,000 Head Cattle

Nutrien Yea presents its annual Spring Drop Weaner Sale at the Yea Saleyard Complex on Friday 22nd May 2026, commencing at 9:30 AM. A total of 3,000 head of cattle are expected through the yards. Buyers are reminded that the curfew for arriving stock is 4:00 PM Thursday 21st May. The sale catalogue, including pen numbers, photos/video and weights, will be available on Outcross Auctions from 8:00 AM on sale day, with online bidding also available via The Herd Online platform.

The offering is dominated by high-quality Angus mixed-sex weaners and steers from a strong line-up of well-regarded Upper Goulburn and surrounding district vendors. Headline lots include Barragunda Pastoral's 220 Angus weaners (140 steers and 80 heifers, sired by Barragunda stud bulls, vaccinated and yard weaned in March), BM & MM Griffiths' 180 Angus mixed-sex from Riddellvue, Banquet and Cottage Creek blood (Greenham NE accredited), MPJ Nominees' 160 Angus mixed-sex from Riddellvue Banquet and Murdeduke blood, and Habbies Howe Pastoral's 150 pure Te Mania blood Angus mixed-sex (EU accredited). Other significant lines include Black on Green's 150 Angus steers (Riga and Injemira blood) and Chartweel Farms' 110 Alpine Angus-blood steers.
