• Medium level undulating topography essential for Agarwood health/vitality and machine access management.
• Suitable climate, cloud coverage and laverage rainfall for Aquilaria species.
• Land has been machine contoured and laser levelled allowing for excellent water management and even water flow distribution.
• Nutrient rich, red and deep volcanic soil. An independant complete soil balance analysis conducted in 2011 identified the soil on the property to be very suited to Agarwood tree growth and vigor.
• Access to the land is available by nearby bitumen roads.
