Very large established Tully area Banana Farm parcel for sale by EOI closing 29/01/2024

This very large established Banana Farm comprises two farming operations for sale as One Parcel with a total area of 211.176 ha (521.8 acres) with all bananas packed at the Jarra Creek farm in the large packing shed with over 2,000 m2 floor area.

Refer to the recent drone video of the property showing the Jarra Creek and Dingo Pocket farms which are for sale as One Parcel.

The Jarra Creek farm comprises 71.528 ha (176.7 acres) of land with approx. 45.49 ha (112.4 acres) of cropping area and a 490 Megalitres Water Allocation to irrigate from adjoining Jarra Creek. There is also a conditional quarry material Allocation to extract quarry material (sand) from adjoining Jarra Creek.

The Dingo Pocket farm comprises 139.648 ha (345 acres) of land with approx. 98.4 ha (243.1 acres) of cropping area and a 1064 Megalitres Water Allocation to irrigate from adjoining Tully River. There is also a conditional quarry material Allocation to extract quarry material (sand) from adjoining Tully River.

The Jarra Creek farm is situated approx. 11.5 km from the Tully Post Office, and the Dingo Pocket farm approx. 15.8 km from the Tully Post Office.
