LAWD is pleased to present for sale the Merrowie and Sunland Aggregation (the Aggregation), a unique opportunity to acquire an institutional-scale, diversified irrigated and dryland cropping, horticulture and grazing portfolio, underpinned by 35,938* megalitres of secure water entitlements, located in the Lachlan Valley region of New South Wales.

• Comprising a total land area of 34,523ha*, across two contiguous aggregations; and a grain handling facility, within a 4km* operating radius of the farming enterprises - known as Merrowie (32,778ha*), Sunland (1,738ha*) and Merrowie Grain Facility (7ha*) respectively.

• Significant investment has been made to develop the productive capacity of the Aggregation, including the conversion of dryland areas to irrigation land, with extensive portions now irrigable.
• More than 25,000t* of winter crops; 15,000t* of beetroot and sweet corn; 33,000* bales of cotton and 290* bales of wool produced across the Aggregation in 2024; with commercial almond production having commenced in 2025.
