About Warren Tucker
A long-term Yamba resident, property specialist Warren Tucker, or ‘Wazza’ as better known locally, owned a successful real estate business/auction house on Sydney’s busy North Shore, before a holiday visit to ‘Paradise Yamba’ in the 80’s saw the family relocated. Wearing tracks around the Lower Clarence as a cattle-man, farmer and agent for well over 30 years now, Warren is well acquainted with the Yamba Valley region and many of its long-term residents, through his commitment to community and volunteer activities.
Longevity, community involvement and social contact creates in-depth awareness of the local property market both residential and rural, so Warren can often discover that hidden little gem, not currently listed on the market. Also, being of a farming background provides experience in marketing the various types of rural and waterfront properties to be found in the Yamba Valley and surrounds.
Unlike most corporate agents you’ll meet; Wazza doesn’t believe in collecting listings just to fill advertising targets. Once Warren agrees to market your property, he won’t be distracted by newer offered properties, or older listings demanding of his focus. Your property will remain his priority until you have a ‘SOLD’ sign out front. As he says: “All I ask of those I work with is consider the relationship a partnership - speak openly about your wants, likes and dislikes as the sale experience proceeds, be genuinely motivated to sell and be available to discuss the sales campaign as it proceeds.
