Yamba Valley Real Estate is a small, independent real estate ‘boutique’. Being your local alternative to big volume operators, our focus is on relationships, service and the employment of local resources to benefit local businesses.
OUR BEGINING:
Our inception was brought about during challenging times. Just as Covid19 impacted all our lives, a property owner asked this semi-retired agent to sell his home; it sold quickly, right after the first ‘open house’. Then another local asked to sell his house; it sold even before the first ‘open house’!
Agent Jaydan joined after Covid19 hit and changed the world as we know it, then suddenly, a casual pastime evolved into a serious business - Yamba Valley Real Estate was born!
Named after the territory we call home; our catchy logo was conceived with colouring pencils etching out a few squiggles. It’s a humble start with no fancy office yet, nor flash cars or branded advertising; just local blokes offering mates a cheaper alternative in difficult times.
and now the REAL DIFFERENCE:
We offer a flat success fee of just 2.5%.
We never charge for expensive corporate image, franchise fees, or branded advertising. Your advertising contribution is limited to $999.00.
Selling property is all about relationship and after 38 years residing in Yamba Valley, our final difference is that we choose to limit the number of clients we represent. That way we guarantee you personalised care, attention to detail, unique creativity and that passion for detail only an independent business-owner offers.
