Scott Simshauser

Scott commenced with Elders in 2024 and is a Livestock Manager based at Elders Tamworth. 

With almost four decades of experience, Scott has built his career on strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. They include farmers, landowners and rural businesses. He is a trusted name in the livestock (cattle and sheep) and rural real estate industries. He specialises in property sales in the north-west and New England regions. 

Scott’s approach is built on trust and transparency. He combines his deep understanding of the livestock and rural property markets, to provide client-centred solutions. 

Scott’s work has led to several accolades over the years, including , ‘National Livestock Marketer of the Year’ - for two years running. He is also a judge for the Young Auctioneers Competition at the Sydney Royal Easter Show, where he mentors up-and-coming talent.

 His focus on building enduring partnerships contributes to the long-term success of his clients and the broader community. He is a valued member of the Elders Livestock Team.
