About Robert Tacheci
A little about me
Robert started his real estate career at age 18 when he joined the family real estate agency in Canberra known as Lyneham, Tacheci and Whyte. At age 21 Robert became the youngest agent in Canberra to be registered to be able to operate a real estate business in his own right. In 1979 at the age of 24, Robert moved to Bermagui.
Working out of Bermagui, Robert has succeeded in numbering amongst the top achievers in his industry at various times. In the years that his business traded as LJ Hooker Bermagui, Robert’s achievements included 1st prize in the LJ Hooker Annual State Awards for the “Highest Number of Exclusive Agencies” and 5th in the State for the “Highest Number of Sales”.
Robert achieved Gold Badge status in the Jenman Winners Circle (a group which represented the top 2% of all agents Australia wide).
Robert maintains a reputation for handling specialised prestige and beachfront properties (and has been called on to handle larger sales from Merimbula to Gerringong).
Robert lives with his wife Katrina, and his daughter Natalya who was raised in Bermagui now lives and works in London.
Robert has been a Four Winds Festival Board Member continuously since 1998. Four Winds is a not for profit organisation, which over the years has become an award winning musical and cultural hub with an international standing and now houses $4 million dollar development of Soundshell and Pavillion in a stunning natural amphitheatre just south of Bermagui.
