John Hetherington

John Hetherington, a real estate veteran since 2003, is our passionate and professional Principal. He's fuelled by a genuine love for real estate and an undeniable dedication to client satisfaction. With a rural upbringing in Darkan and Mt Barker, and prior experience with leading livestock agencies, John is deeply rooted in the local community, where simple conversation helps him understand both their real estate dreams and needs. 

In 2014, he and his wife, Julie, launched Albany Property Management, and in 2017, they became Ray White Rural Albany, marking a significant milestone. Now, as Raine & Horne Great Southern, they've expanded their footprint by opening an office in Kojonup. John’s goal is to redefine real estate in Albany, with unique offerings like In-Room Auctions and a more community-driven approach.
