For Sale Expression of Interest - Closing 26 November 2026
Ruanui
Ruanui is located in a highly productive, blue-ribbon farming region, approximately 23km south-west of Kojonup. Held by the same owners since the property was first cleared in the early 1960s, it has a long history of sheep production, with cropping expanded in recent years. Currently two thirds of the property is cropped with the balance livestock grazing. A reliable water supply is provided by 20 dams distributed across the property, which is divided into nine large, fenced paddocks and six holding paddocks.
The property is equipped with sheep yards, a shearing shed, a machinery shed and a hay shed. While these facilities would benefit from some updating, they remain functional and serviceable. The main residence is a solid brick and tile, four-bedroom, one-bathroom home with woodfire heating, a massive patio and a huge adjoining workshop offering plenty of space.
Located approximately 23km south-west of Kojonup, 175km from Albany and 290km from Perth, Ruanui offers a practical option for an existing farming operation seeking additional land or a satellite block. Its combination of cropping and sheep production, established infrastructure and regional location offers flexibility for an owner looking to expand an existing enterprise or add to their current landholding.
