About House Smart Real Estate

HouseSmart Real Estate Pty Ltd sell and manage property across all of Perth, from Mandurah in the south to Yanchep in the north; and everything in between.  Operating continuously since 2002 from its Beechboro shopping centre location, HouseSmart Real Estate Pty Ltd has 4 sales and 35 property management staff serving our owners and customers.  Our office is open a full six days per week and we are available on call on Sundays.

Vacant rental properties are available for viewing seven days a week – no other agency in Perth provides this service.

Our property managers lease properties quickly through twice-weekly home opens, daily viewings by appointment and high-speed application checking with detailed background investigation on applicants with a written report issued to owners.  After leasing, rents are monitored daily with tight arrears control.

Here are some things you might like to know about us:

We are a family owned and operated business.  You might speak with the founders Adam and Ann, or one of our children Thomas, Benjamin, Grace, Asher, Faith, or William.  Rachel helps out too, but she needs to balance work with her primary school commitments.

We are here for the long-term.  Currently we are at two generations but hoping for a third.  We have clients that rent through us, then some buy, then some sell.  We have many extended family clients as parents help children to get into investment and relatives join them in this adventure.

We want to make this world a better place, and to leave a positive legacy. We like to have staff that share similar values, and to work with like-minded property owners.  Providing safe housing is very important to us.  If you are renting through us and have an issue, please use the Maintenance Manager application and work with your property manager to get it resolved.  If you have hit a roadblock for whatever reason, please email Adam or Ann.

We eat live and breathe property investment.  We have built, renovated, and rented many properties and own a bunch of them.  If you want an agent that you can ring up for a chat about whether to buy another rental, if now is the time to subdivide, or whether to rent your house furnished or bare, that’s us!
