LAWD is pleased to present for sale the Carbon Regeneration Portfolio (the Portfolio), a large-scale pastoral and natural capital opportunity comprising five established Human-Induced Regeneration (HIR) carbon projects across south-west Queensland.

KEY INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:
132,001 hectare natural capital and grazing opportunity comprising Bronte, Woodlands, Moama and Bundawaugh, Ryandale and Bindebango in Queensland's Maranoa, Quilpie and Paroo regions.

Five registered HIR carbon projects with 289,036 Australian Carbon Credit Unit (ACCU) issued to date and 1,547,000* forecast remaining ACCUs over the balance of their respective crediting periods (gross).

Averaging 85,400* gross ACCUs per annum to 2031 across a combined Carbon Estimation Area (CEA) of 44,913 hectares.

Proven ACCU monetisation, achieving average realised prices of $40.66 per ACCU in FY25 and $37.62 per ACCU in FY24.

Approximately 50% of issuance contracted through to March 2029 to an investment-grade ASX-listed counterparty, at a premium to spot with a CPI-escalated floor.

Bronte and Woodlands have successfully completed their first five-year gateway regeneration checks, representing 50% of Portfolio CEA and 54% of forecast lifetime ACCU generation.

100-year permanence registered on title across all five projects.

Historical ACCU issuance has been purchased by blue-chip corporate and institutional buyers including ASX-listed resources, aviation and property groups, a major superannuation fund and a mutual bank.

Extensive grazing landholdings with a combined unencumbered carrying capacity of 5,120 Adult Equivalent, supported by developed water infrastructure and existing grazing income.
