Kona and Classic Park combine 88.99 hectares across two freehold holdings with approximately 81.06 hectares planted to 23,566 macadamia trees on productive brown clay loam. Kona Farm at Welcome Creek (57.61 ha; ~53.93 ha planted; 15,003 trees) is a mature, high-performing orchard established predominantly between 1990 and 2000 on 8 m x 4 m spacings, with selective alternate row removal to 16 m for airflow and machinery access. It delivered 246 tonnes in 2024 and is serviced by 216.4 ML in combined scheme water and licences, low-level sprinklers, disc filtration and direct-injection fertigation. Classic Park at Gooburrum (31.38 ha; ~27.13 ha planted; 8,563 trees) features a reliable, fully utilised footprint with the majority planted circa 1990 and top-ups in 2006 and 2016 on 8 m x 3.5 m spacings. Supported by 179 ML scheme water, pressurised underground reticulation and three-phase power, Classic Park produced 101 tonnes in 2024 and provides immediate, steady contribution to the combined output.

Together, these farms offer a straightforward management profile, practical irrigation layouts and excellent access to Bundaberg's processors and logistics, making the package well suited to corporate, institutional or private buyers seeking established production in a premium macadamia district.
