It's difficult to adequately explain this property, but I'll do my best.

On my first visit, I just stood goggle eyed. I've been an agent for over thirty years and I thought I'd seen it all. I was wrong.
You can see right back to Melbourne to the East, across the bay to the South and over to the You Yangs to the SouthEast.

I would put the main house on the upper level and have an infinity pool and a court on the lower, but that's just me.

The thing that can't be quantified is the serenity. Its a cliche I know, but total privacy, peace and quiet, just the birds and the leaves rustling. No passing traffic because the road ends at your driveway and no neighbors to be seen ( or heard ).

All this is approximately an hour from Melbourne on the Western freeway, the trip soon to be made even easier with the new tunnel. Bacchus Marsh is about ten minutes away.
