***SHEDS***
There are several sheds, for storage of machinery and equipment, one is an old dairy that is used as a workshop. There is also a 10,000 litre fuel tank with electric fuel pump station, small set of cattle yards and crush, which are all located near the houses. The old original dip is located several hundred metres from the houses at the north eastern end of the property.
***WATER***
Currently there are 2 dams on the property, one of the dams on the northern side, is a large catchment dam which could be used for irrigation or watering stock. The second dam is just used for watering stock and is located on the southern side of the property. There are multiple sites on this property to construct new dams, if desired.
There are three existing bores, of which two are equipped. The first one is located in the north eastern side and is equipped with a diesel motor and pump that supplies the paddock tanks and troughs. It has a flow rate of 450 gallons per hour or 2,045 litres per hour. The second is located in the north western side and this bore is unequipped and currently not being used. It has a flow rate of 3,999 gallons per hour or 18,180 litres per hour. The third bore is located in the house yard and is supplying both houses, with water feeding into the tanks. It has a flow rate of 600 gallons per hour or 2,728 litres per hour.
There are 6 x 22,000 litre water tanks, 2 connected to each house to collect rain water and the remaining two are just above the houses that are filled with bore water and fill the other house tanks as they get low.

The remainder of the property is under improved and native pastures with shade trees, ideal for stock grazing or can be used for planting additional trees. The property is undulating with a seasonal creek along the eastern boundary, as well as many more ideal locations for additional dams. The northern section of the property contains both sides of it's own valley with excellent water catchment, cultivation paddocks, bores, grazing paddocks and large catchment irrigation dam.
***PADDOCKS***

There is a cattle race that runs from the yards, behind the houses on the southern side, and meets across the road on the northern side, then runs through the middle of the property down to the dip. The cattle race provides you easy distribution your stock around the multiple paddocks on the property.
