Well located just 7 km South of Naracoorte.

Property Structure
The property comprises a majority of grey and black heavy clay loams over limestone being naturally fertile and productive.

The land is well suited to fodder conservation and intensive grazing throughout spring, summer and autumn. The property was sown to rye grass and clover in 2020 which was utilised for hay production.

Stock Water
Stock water is supplied by way of 1 240 VLT pressure pump and a new solar pump drawing from the shallow water table supplying poly tanks which in turn supply 1 trough in each paddock.
